Audit

The goal of the consulting activity is the implementation of audits - systems / processes / products, in the area of the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, ISMS 27001 system. We offer verification of the functionality of systems / processes / products for our customers and their suppliers.

In this area, we can also, by agreement, help you in the position of, for example, an internal quality auditor, including the overall management of the area of internal quality audits.

We also carry out independent external supervision, including measurement, testing and analysis of production parts.

What types of audits do we offer:

System – performing an audit according to the requirements of the system standard

Process - audit according to process standard VDA 6.3: 2023

Product – conducting an audit for a given type of product according to the VDA 6.5:2020 standard

Who are the audits for:
1) Supplier - for our customers we offer verification of the functionality of systems / processes / products of their suppliers

You can answer these questions:

• Is the supplier able to regularly supply you with the required quality?
• Is there "any" risk with the supplier that you should be aware of?
• Can you recommend steps that are mutually beneficial to your supplier?
• Can you cancel the entry check at your place for one of your suppliers?

2) Customer - verification of the functionality of systems / processes / products and, if necessary, recommendation of found hidden reserves in your company

You can answer these questions:

• Are you able to regularly supply your customer with the required quality?
• Is there "any" risk for your customer that you should be aware of?
• Can you recommend to your customer steps that are mutually beneficial?

3) Internal / External auditor – In this area, we can also temporarily help you in the position of internal / external auditor, including the possible addition / setting of, for example, the audit program and other audit parameters of the quality system.

We offer this option in case the customer does not have qualified employees or they are busy with their time. The variant is also suitable if the solution requires the position of an independent third party.

4) It is also a matter of course to perform an audit according to the customer's supplied methodology.
